Apple Nachos

These will soon become your new favourite go to quick and healthy treat.

Apple Nachos


Caramel Topping

  • 2 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Apple Nachos

  • 4 Apples
  • 2 Tablespoons white chocolate drops
  • 2 Tablespoons dark chocolate chips
  • 1 Tablespoon shredded coconut


  1. Heat a small saucepan to a medium heat
  2. Add the coconut oil and the maple syrup, heat until melted and they combine easily when whisked
  3. Turn off the heat, whisk in the peanut butter until you get a smooth caramel
  4. Whisk in the cinnamon.


  1. Core and cut your apples into slices
  2. Arrange the apple slices on a plate or serving plate
  3. Drizzle the caramel topping over the apple slices
  4. Sprinkle the remaining ingredients over the apple slices
