Snickers Slice – No Added Sugar

Healthy Snickers Slice

Ingredients

16 soft medjool dates

1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter softened

1/2 cup roasted, salted, peanuts roughly chopped

150gms good quality chocolate

1/2 tablesp coconut oil

Method

1. Split each date to remove the seed

2. Flatten each date and place in a square container 20 x 20cms

3. Press down so that they are very flat

4. Spread with softened peanut butter

5. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts (Salted are nice!!)

6. Melt chocolate in 10 sec increments in microwave

7. Stir in coconut oil

8. Pour evenly over slice

9. Place in refrigerator to set

10. Slice into squares and serve
